Intake
The initial interview is mandated by the state of California and allows the parents to provide all the information required in order to satisfy court requirements and safety requirements for the child. All policies and procedures are reviewed so all parties are comfortable with the process.
Supervised Visitation
There is a 2-hour minimum.
Supervised Exchanges
We offer this service when there is a need for supervision of the safe transfer of the child from one parent to the other. Precautions are taken to ensure that the two parents or other individuals exchanging the child do not come into contact with one another.
Telephone/Zoom Visitation
Courts may allow monitored telephone or Zoom visitation, in that case, we provide a monitor on the line for the duration of the call.
Incarceration or Hospital Visitation
The monitor will safely accompany the child to visit an incarcerated or hospitalized parent.
Documentation
An Objective Report of each visit is documented for the client file. These contain a description of family interactions as observed by the monitor—facts only, no opinions.
Declaration Reports
Declarations Reports consist of any conversations with a parent or any document provided to the parent or court.
Summary Reports
Summary Reports consist of a list of visitation dates, times and locations only for a one-month period.
Detailed Reports
Detailed Reports consist of a list of visitation dates/times/locations/and specific details of each visit.
